RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

No, we do not allow cash refunds.  Goods will either be replaced with products / services to the same value.

If the wrong product is supplied due to error on our behalf, we will gladly exchange / refund the product at no extra cost to the customer.

Goods are to be returned within 7 (seven) days of purchase provided returned in original packaging.

Products must be in the same working condition and state they were dispatched, if product does not perform to specifications as stated.
